Florence has more than 7 years legal experience working in London of a wide range of property and business matters, including sales and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating commercial leases and sale and purchase business agreement, for various private sector clients. Her areas of expertise are acquisitions and dispositions in assets, business and real estate for clients.  

Prior to her legal career, Florence has another 7 years of working experience in Hong Kong in investment banking and finance sector.  She handled cross border investment projects involving raising capital and disposing of funds in international capital markets, from which she has established a range of institutional clientele. 

Miss Tou joined Maxwell Alves, London in the year of 2003 and has contributed substantially to the success of setting up and further development of our London offices.   

She speaks fluent English and Cantonese and has good working knowledge of Mandarin.
